Hiện công ty tuyển dụng JAC cần tuyển vị trí Logistics Officer (Custom Clearance) cho công ty Nhật (triển khai dự án năng lượng tại Khánh Hòa)

Job Description:

• Assist Logistics Manager to handle customs clearance works.
• Responsible for customs clearance for transportation to the project site.
• To handle and solve any issues or problems relating to customs clearance to make the construction works go smoothly.
• Manage and control Master list (duty exemption).
• To liaise with Customs officer, logistics team in head office so that cargos can be delivered to the Site on schedule and supervise the cargos during the transportation.
• Coordinate and instruct to forwarders.
• Organize and coordinate, as required, in-land transportation which arranged by local vendors.
• Issue delivery notes before the material arrival.
• Collect subcontractor’s receipt of materials, record and report quantity of delivered materials.
• Monitoring and Coordination of the Shipping Schedule.
• Detailed information will be discussed in the interview.

Requirement

• Graduated from University.
• At least 3 years of working experience as Customs Clearance, Logistics Executive in foreign company.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience to do customs clearance with the specialized knowledges.
