Mô tả công việc

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, looking for Operation Manager in Binh Duong:

• Manage the company's entire Production Planning, Import-Export, and Purchasing Departments;
• Propose strategies that are in line with the company's growth objectives;
• Deploy, assign detailed work, and accept responsibility for operational improvement outcomes;
• Handle problems that arise during the strategy's implementation with flexibility;
• Control operating costs and budgets effectively in order to maximize company profits;
• Assist in recruiting new employees and training staff of Operation Department.

Yêu cầu

• Male/Female
• Age: above 35 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• At least 05 years of experience in production and purchasing and management experience is required
• Good at English.
