Our client is a foreign invested logistics company, now looking for a Sales Manager ( Trưởng phòng kinh doanh) in HCM:
- Establish professional and deep relationships with customers
- Deep understanding of customers' business environment
- Evaluate, clarify and confirm customer needs
- Interacting with prospective customer organizations to locate Logistic solutions
- Business case definitions, analysts, analysts' references and data
- Manage the sales process from start to finish through
- Involvement of appropriate resources such as Solution Groups, Partner, etc,..
- Identify stakeholders
- Plan deals, plan closing deals to win deals.
- Maximize the creation of overall revenue
- Accurate monthly / quarterly forecast and revenue distribution
- Complete the tasks assigned by the Manager
- Male/Female; Age: 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor degree or higher in Business or Marketing field.
- 5+ years in sales experience with proven track records in Logistic (Warehouse or Contract Logistic is preferred) or B2B Sales Solution.
- Knowledge in supply chain solution and having strong network customer in FMCG.
- Strong experience in dealing long-term contract.
- English proficiency.
